We want you to be fully satisfied with your open-ear listening experience, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy for all Shokz products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and select your return reason.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Shokz headphones and all original accessories in the original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
